Well, since no one seems to be answering this for you, I?ll post this
as a request for clarification and you can decide if it is worth
paying for. If so, let me know and I?ll post it as an answer.

You should begin by subscribing to Variety the industry newspaper.

http://www.variety.com/

Although I used to work for the publisher, I no longer have any
connection with them (they sold another newspaper which I still work
for.) so this isn?t a conflict of interest.

There are sometimes investors looking for properties, but mostly what
you want to do is look at who is producing various small projects and
contact them.

You can also take out an ad in Variety seeking financing.

The other way to do this is to visit big film festivals such as
Sundance and various big name festivals in Europe.

Good luck, let me know if this is acceptable as a $4 answer. Since you
didn?t state that you already knew about this financing route, I am
posting it.

I completed a script about my old neighborhood where I grew up, so
it's based off a true story and is considered a Drama/Mob movie. It's
already to go I have found producers and a director I just need an
executive producer his return would be the inital investment and 33%
of the earnings of the movie I approx. need between 1.5 and 2 millon
dollars If you need any more information please contact me thank you

There are different finance options.

What is your budget?

More than $20 million?
or
Less than $20 million?
