I am a mathematician. Twice I've been contacted by reasonably good
companies, one in Egypt, the other in India, offering to type mathematical
manuscripts in Tex or LaTex (among other such services). Their prices are 
much better than any American firms could offer. 

The problem is, neither one of these companies is great. I'm sure that
there are a lot of similar companies out there, but I don't know how
to find them.

I would like two or more companies in underdeveloped or developing countries
(such as China, India, or others) that will typeset a mathematical manuscript
in TeX or LaTeX languages at an appropriate price (e.g., something
like $1 or $2 per handwritten page- not necessarily dirt cheap, but
cheaper than Americans
or Europeans would probably charge).

If someone can find a source of many such companies (such as an online
directory), I will be pleased to add an appropriate bonus payment.
