think it's better?

3. What are the trends in online retailing in the next few years? How
does Amazon stack up? Name key competitors and their advantage points.

steps do you think it shold be taking? How will it react to Walmart's
growing presense? Who are other competitors it should be worried
about?

4. Amazon's fastest growing category is music and DVDs. How do you
think it has managed to do this? How will it manage to keep up its
dominance in this area given competition?

4. If a particular category of Amazon for e.g. Magazines was doing
poorly or not growing, what and where would you start looking at
improving this?

5. Do you see Amazon venturing into other channels of retailing other
than online? A lot of brick and mortar retailers have the benefits of
buy online and pick up from store model.

For 1 and 2, answers should be stratgeic and based more on long term

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to shape Amazon's future.

Amazon should aim to become an international supplier of every product
and service imaginable from cradle to grave.

Yes babywear and coffins are so obvious that I should not really need
to mention them.

Obviously, Amazon needs to get into banking, financial and insurance
services, travel agencies and real estate ... Whatever.

At some stage, Amazon should also have a presence in every high street
with coffee shops, pizza parlours and other fast food establishments
...

Eventually Amazon should be able to claim the ultimate prize ...

A range of drinks (soft and hard) that knocks the spots off Coca Cola and Pepsi.

I can also visualise a new Political Party - The Amazons - with its
glamorous, young female supporters clad like - you've guessed it -
Amazons.

This is truly exciting!
