Can you please clarify the following:
You don't have to live with it - should it be "¡No tiene que vivir con
él!" instead of "¡No tiene porque vivir con él!" ?
What is the Spanish translation for "anesthesiologist"?
What is the Spanish translation for "facet" in "facet joint
inflammation"? Is it the same as the word for "disc"? (Medically, a
facet joint is different from a disc.)
Please clarify as soon as possible. Thanks for your help.

Hi!!
I give you the better translation possible, not literal, for
advertisement purposes my option is more used and more common, but you
can use the phrase "¡No tiene que vivir con él!" if you prefer it, it
is the same, but mine is more enphatic regarding the implication of
the idea "there is no reason to live with it" that the word "porque"
adds to the phrase.
Regarding the word "anesthesiologist", I made a typo the correct word
is "anestesiólogo" or "anestesista".
I reviewed the translation of "facet joint", my translation is not
completely wrong, "articulación del disco" is the common word for it,
but after a research I found a more accurate translation:
"Articulación Facetaria"; see the image at this two pages:

One more thing, short phrases are prefered in advertisements, so i
suggest you to change this one:
¡Tratamiento no quirúrgico ahora disponible!
by
¡Tenemos tratamientos no quirúrgicos¡
or
¡Existe un tratamiento no quirúrgico!
or
¡Ahora existe un tratamiento no quirúrgico!
This last one I just heard it at radio on an advertisement related to
a service like this one here in Argentina. It gives people the idea of
something new on the field. Take it into account.
