I am a doctor who uses an electronic medical record with a tablet and hand writing recognition in my clinic. I have down loaded a power tool which will allow me to upload a list of terms into my windows XP tablet's dictionary so that it will better recognize my handwriting. I need a down loadable list of English medical terms, each separated by a line feed or carriage return, no definitions needed, that I can download. Below is a descriptions of the function of the power tool. Can you find such a list for me? Dictionary Tool for Tablet PC: You can use the Dictionary Tool to add and remove entries from the Tablet PC user dictionary. This dictionary is used by the handwriting recognizer to convert your handwriting to text. Adding words to the user dictionary can improve recognition. The Dictionary Tool can also import words from either the Microsoft Office user dictionary or a text file containing a list of words or phrases. There is a command line interface for importing text files allowing automated import into the Tablet PC user dictionary. | |
