I would like a list of links for business property insurance claim
reports and documentation that includes business interruption losses
as part of the claim. I am seeking actual insurance claim reports
submitted by the insured party to the insurance company. Successful
claims preferred but not necessary. Lost Business Income during Period
of Restoration issues is of particular interest.

What kind of policy? Are you wanting information on Business
Interruption Policies specifically, or is it another type of policy
and you are trying to get business interruption paid for as part of
another claim? There are policies that exist specifically for this,
and there are policies that have a paragraph or two with limited
benefits.

Can you be more specific?

I started here:

business insurance claim interruption loss income
://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=business+insurance+claim+interruption+loss+income

...With that many results this is the first question that needs to be answered.

Policy type would likely be: Business Property & Casualty that
includes Business Income Loss (Business Interruption) Coverage.; or a
Business Interruption policy that results from property damages.

I am not particularly interested in the insurance policy provisions or
any insurance law or theory. I am specifically interested in seeing an
actual "proof of loss" or other highly detailed claims made by the
insured (or their representatives) to their insurance company.

You answer must include at least 1 link to a highly detailed report
(not just a letter) that an insured has submitted to their insurance
company when submitting a claim for payment of Property Loss along
with Business Interruption or just the portion concerning Business
Income loss claims.
