On screen, paging of my document appear as 1 of 6, 2 of 6, etc. but
when I print it always prints 1 of 1, 2 of 2, etc. If document is
taken to a different computer it prints as indicated on screen 1 of 6,
2 of 6, etc.  How can I fix this?

Which version of Word are you using?

Hello.

This is a known problem with several versions of Microsoft Word, so
I'm going to go ahead and suggest that you try the advice on the
Microsoft Word MVP FAQ site:

Specifically, if you are using Word 2000 or later, to check for
updates via the link on this page:
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdate/default.aspx


If updating does not work, then try the "Reverse Print Order" option:

"To turn on the Reverse Print Order option, follow these steps:
1.	On the Tools menu, click Options.
2.	On the Print tab, click to select the Reverse print order check box.
3.	Click OK to close the Options dialog box."

If "Reverse Print Order" doesn't solve the problem, then try turning
off background printing.

"To turn off background printing, follow these steps:
1.	On the Tools menu, click Options.
2.	On the Print tab, click to clear the Background printing check box.
3.	Click OK."
