I have some questions concerning legal issues relating to prizes. I am
not looking for the answers here, but if you have them I am willing to
listen, but am looking for direction to somebody, firm or website that
can answer my questions.

Basically I need to know all the legal implications of giving away
prizes from my website.

You should probably consult an attorney in your state concerning your
state's laws on the matter.

The prize will not require any purchase, just the person who finds the
hidden link first. I got the idea from a golf course website that
hides a link and the person who finds it gets a free game.

Though it won't require a purchase to win, I won't have any kind of
membership or registration, unless they win then I need certain info
to get them the prize.

I don't know if there are any legal implications to this, just want to
make sure I have all bases covered before I start.

You can give away stuff but there are a lot of details that could
drastically change what you need to do. Ex. Raffles, contests, sales,
etc. have varying requirements by state and country. You really would
be best off consulting a lawyer.
