Do you have any revenue models for website advertising? I've been
trying to get my hands on a couple of templates that I can use that
illustrate ad revenue forecasting using CPM and/or click-through
metrics, and the construction of rates for an array of advertising
devices (i.e., assorted banners, rich media, sponsorships, SEM, etc.)
