This is easy. Just type the following into Google's search box:

arcsin(.25)

The answer is:

arcsin(.25) = 0.252680255

If you want that in degrees, multiply by 180/pi:

(180 * arcsin(.25)) / pi = 14.4775122

P.S. Note that for small angles sin(x) is approximately equal to x.
