I'd like to get as much development cost information I can for a
build-to-suit developments with the following retailers (all free standing):
Rent-A-Center, Dollar General, Aaron Rents, Cato Fashions and Payless
Shoes. I'm needing: a breakdown of the building costs (hard and soft
costs), lease terms, rental rates, tenant credit, what the indevidual
built-to-suits are selling for (CAP rates). Also, if you can get any
comparable feasability studies for individual development projects.
In addition, land costs that developers have paid would be very helpfull!

Thanks in advance,

Greg
