I need a database that we could (hopefully not purchase) download,
import, export into our own database.  This database should include:
---Cell phone model numbers 
---Pictures of cell phones
---New cell phones coming to market for each brand
---Other features and specs are welcome.

i doubt that such information could be available for "free". Just few
weeks ago my friend  worked on his client's project related to mobile
phone comparison website. He's got all data from  here:

 that database contains 1150 model phones. Go there and download sample.
