Many quotes have been attributed to Benjamin Franklin over the years.
Since he has long since been the American personification of home-spun
philosophy and common-sense wisdom he has also been a favorite target
source for quotes that he never really uttered. Because of the
prevalence of those erroneous attributions your question is may not be
answerable with any degree of accuracy.

How about:

God helps them that help themselves.

Early to bed and early to rise, Makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise.

We must all hang together, or assuredly we shall all hang separately.

Remember that time is money.
