How many people become big lottery winners (over a few million) each
year? Where can I find lists of lottery winners? (you can provide
educated guesses, providing reasonable research backing it up) Thank

I'm surprised you did not get an answer. I'll guess 2000 Americans win
one million or more each year, totaling five billion dollars if the
average win is 2.5 million dollars, from all types of lotteries.  Neil

And on what, my dear Zero, do you base your "guess"? Making up number
from thin air does not really help the client and might even mislead
him or her.

In addition, and regarding the question, "why this wasn't answered",
while it might be easy to find the number of winners, it would be
probably impossible to find their personal contact detail (the
client's second question). Most big winners wish to keep anonymous.
