my license was revoked for 10 years because of duis in 1999. Ive had
my hardship license for 5 years now but because of not bringing a AA
sponsor to one of my special supervision meetings they made request to
DHSMV for my license to be cancelled. This has to of happened to
someone before me but cant get any really clear answers.

or province they live in. You are apparently one of those people.

I think Florida is who uses DHSMV (Department of Highway Safety and
Motor Vehicles). I cannot imagine another state coming up with so
ridiculous a name.

The answer may depend on why the license was "cancelled" (or suspended
or revoked) in the first place.
