You can purchase such a list from mailing list supply houses.  They
probably don't have all motorcycle owners in Colorado, but they do
offer large collections of lists of those Coloradans who subscribed to
motorcycle magazines, purchased motorcycle supplies, or who have
otherwise been identified as motorcycle enthusiasts.

If you're interested in purchasing such a list, I can steer you to
several sources of information.

Thanks for getting back to me.

I don't know if you've dealt with mailing list houses in the past. 
It's a complex business, since there are so many ways to slice and
dice a mailing database -- geographical, by income level, ethnicity,
and lifestyle (such as motorcyclists) just to name a few.

There are also a lot of ways to purchase mailing lists -- for one-time
use, for repeated use, with/without income information, with/without
phone numbers, and so on.

For these reasons, the only way to really become familiar with what's
out there, and how well it suits your needs and budget, is to start
contacting the mailing houses and finding out what they can offer.

Below, I've listed a few of the major sources of motorcycle-related
mailing lists.  Get in touch with them, and they'll probably be able
to provide you just what you need.  They all have the capability of
providing lists for individual states, as well as more broadly, if
that is of interest.

If you run into any roadblocks, however, just let me know by posting a
Request for Clarification, and I'll see if I can find additional
sources for you.

My question was answered accurately and quickly. The only thing more I
could have asked for was to have the data supplied to me directly.
This worked great.

Honestly, I don't think such a thing exists. Is there something else
we might help you with?

That's what I need at this time. I thought it might be found in
accessible DMV files or something.

Such information is protected by privacy laws. I doubt that the DMV
would publish it. If they did, they would quickly face thousands of
lawsuits, and rightfully so.
