For the purpose of a business plan, I need insurance cost estimates
for the following items:

1) The annual cost to insure $50,000 of my computer equipment at a
customer's business location.  Said another way, I will be installing
$50,000 of computer equipment at locations that I do not operate or
own.  How much will it cost to insure this equipment against damage,
theft, etc.?  Each installation is $50,000 in equipment, but there
will be hundreds of installations, therefore, I need a formula to
approximate the insurance cost for any number of installations.

2) The cost of general liability and workman's comp insurance for 130 employees.

I do not need insurance quotes; I only need an approximation of costs.
