Hello brent320, sorry I wasn't able to find more. However, this one
company sounds very capable. Here is the response to my inquiry:

Thank you for your inquiry.  We appreciate your interest in Kornylak
and in our foam processing equipment.

 

For the discontinuous manufacture of blocks from phenolic foam, we
have the Meter/Mix/dispense unit, Phenoflo 20/100.  This unit is shown
on our website: www.kornylak.com under Insulation-Dispensing
Equipment-Phenoflo.  You will find a printable brochure, pictures and
videos.

 

The approximate cost of this unit is $120,000.00 F.O.B. Hamilton,
Ohio.  Normally we build to optimize the customer?s formulation so
would need information on what you expect to use.
