J Dimaggio     361
Y Berra        358
G Nettles      250
D Mattingly    222
B Williams*    220
D Winfield     205

J Posada*      101

To answer your question, I went the the official New York Yankee
website at:

http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/

I clicked on the "Stats" link at the top.

In the left-hand column near the bottom I clicked on the "Historical
Stats" link.

On the next page in the left-hand column, I selected:
* "New York Yankees"
* "Hitting Stats"
* "Career" and "All Time" from adjacent dropdown
* click "Go"
all the other options I left at default values.

I then sorted the resulting table by Home Runs (by clicking on the
column title "HR").

The resulting URL was:

http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/nyy/stats_historical/nyy_historical_player_stats.jsp?baseballScope=BLA&teamPosCode=all&statType=1&timeFrame=3&timeSubFrame2=0&Submit=Submit&timeSubFrame=0&&sortByStat=HR

I hope this answers your question.

Thanks.

Oh, and the "*" character next to the player's name indicates active Yankees.
