Read previous posting on equipment chain in point to point T1 circuit
which responsder said was house equipment csu t1 csu house equipment. 
My question is: the tsu is not absolutely necessary for the point to
point to work? The csu functions only as a saftey bridge and testpoint
facility between cpe and telco?
