Question ID: 439902
I want to know, when one installs Cablevision internet access on a
Windows computer, in the US:

1. To what does it set the homepage on Internet Explorer?
2. Does it install any toolbars?
3. What icons/links does it add on the desktop?
4. What links does it add to the start menu?
5. What links does it add to the Taskbar?
6. What favorites/links does it prepopulate?
7. Does it come with any browsers other than Internet Explorer (eg
Netscape, Firefox, an AOL-style client)
8. Does it install anything else?

Does it ask the user whether he wishes to set these, or does it just
go ahead and set them?

It's the Opt Online (self) service that I want.

Thank you.
