I have found you a vineyard in Tuscany that has rooms for two couples.

They have apartments and rooms for rent. Wooden Beams, Terracotta
floors, an Italian pool, and open fireplaces are some of the
amenities.
Both of the apartments, Vigneto and Aia, sleep four to five people.
The apartments run 150 Euros per day for two people PER apartment.
Weekly prices are available upon request.
Vigneto has two bedrooms, one with a double, and one with a twin bed,
each with their own bath. Also included is a fireplace.
Aia has two rooms in the same fashion, with the master opening to a
private terrace. Both rooms here also have their own bath. Also
included is a fireplace.
The rooms in the main house are a bit more Bed and Breakfast. Four
rooms on the 2nd floor, and a bigger, more private quarters on the
main. Twice a week the owner of the Home cooks an authentic Tuscan
Meal with the vineyards products.
The main homes? rooms range from 90 to 11o Euros per night depending
on size and amenities.
