I would like a list (at least 10-15, the more the better) of
suppliers/distributors/manufacturers (Suppliers) that supplies wedding
favors.  These suppliers must offer the following services:
    - Drop shipment to customers (that is, they can mail items directly
to my customers while I pay the bill)
    - They do not sell their products to customers (general public)
directly, meaning they only sell to us (retailers/distributors).
    - They must not have ridiculous minimum order requirement (ex. up to$50 is ok)
    - They must not have ridiculous drop shipment fees (ex. no more
than $5.00 per shipment, no fees would be ideal)
    - The Supplier must be US or Canada based (or have warehouse
locations in these countries)
 
Nice to have:
    - large diverse inventory
    - speedy delivery
    - ship to US and Canada
    - Good mark-up for their product (ex. 50% is ok)
