Please note: Orbyx Electronics seems to exist in the US at 501 South
Chryl Lane, Walnut, CA 91789 AS WELL AS Concord Canada L4K 4M3.  I am
interested mostly in the Canadian company if they are distinct
entities.

Hello mageboy-ga,

Orbyx Electronics seems to be very determined to stay invisible on the Web. 

My research shows that the address for Orbyx in Canada is the same as
the headquarters of InterTAN which is also the same as the address for
the headquarters for RadioShack Canada. InterTAN was acquired by
Circuit City in 2004. A recent SEC filing for Circuit City shows an
association with Orbyx Electronics LLC, registered in Delaware with an
address in Walnut, California. This address in Walnut is also shown as
a Circuit City distribution Center. None of this leads to real people
at Orbyx but some of the details might be useful to you. Will you
accept the details for the information I?ve listed above be a
satisfactory answer? Thanks.

I am aware of most of the above information but I was not aware that
the address in Walnut us also a distro for CC.  That's gotta be worth
a couple bucks to me. :)  It's no big suprise to me that Orbyx might
want to keep rather invisible.  I wasn't sure how much was going to go
in to finding the "human element".  So yes, I'll accept the
information you provided as an answer and thank you.

I?m glad to hear you?ll accept what I?ve found about Orbyx as an
adequate answer. They definitely are secretive about who they are and
make it very difficult to find a human contact. I normally don?t
devote hours to a $2.00 question but got caught by the spirit of the

Radioshack Canada is a licensed name 
InterTAN Ltd. is the REAL company, which owns Orbyx Electronics,
Rogers Plus, Battery Plus, G-Wiz, etc.

And InterTAN (as of summer 2004) is owned by Circuit City International

So...who IS centrios or ORBYX exactly? A radioshack private-label name
for rebadged products? Or a real company?

Centrios is a Canadian RadioScrap brand name for digital cameras they
rebadge from OEM manufacturers. Unfortunately there's no way to find
out who actually manufactured it, to the best of my knowledge.

I just bought a NeXXtech(Trademark of Orbyx Electronics) USB
Gamepadbut I doesn't work on my computer ... it can't find drivers ...
but I can't find drivers either, nor information about the compagnies
Orbyx or NeXXtech ... it is to late now to go back to exchange it ...
so I don't know what to do ...

edit: The package says its from a company called "wasaki", the bottom
of the adapter says its from a division of "orbyx electronics". You
can google them if you want, I got nothing useful.

I know that Intertan registered Orbyx, but the information I am
seeking is who the  humans behind the company are.  Is there a board
of directors, or is it privately held and operated.

Does Mageboy have a message he wants relayed to Orbyx? I am guessing
(could be wrong) I know the CEO of one of the partnering companies.
His company's products are ingredients to many electronic products and
so forming partnering innovation networks is something he does a lot.
I ask partly because there's an implication from czh that Orbyx has
something to hide. I would hope not if the my assumed linkin is part
of this collaboration.

or not, but they don't make it easy to find out who they are or how to
get in contact with them. Their website gives an e-mail and a phone
number but I found several comments from people who were trying to
find them not being able to connect with them. They seem to be a
private label for RadioShack Canada.
