Hi, 
I need a typical filled monthly japanese salary sheet, with a
translation in english under each line (e.g. "name", "period", "salary
amount", "income tax" etc..). This can be a copy of a real existing
salary sheet, or a totally created one with *realistic* numbers ( I
mean "income tax" and other taxes amount matching local regulation).
My PC doesn't recognize japanese caracters, please convert the file in
a .gif or .jpeg format.

I will give a $5 tip for 2 or more different sources.
