It costs $24.99 to register, which is required after a 30-day trial.

iTunes for the Mac or PC will allow you to add images to your MP3s.

Simply select the file in iTunes you want to modify, and they in the
album cover area (lower left hand side, click the "+" to open if not
already), drag the .jpg that you want into it.  That's it.

iTunes is free from Apple for either Windows or Mac at:
