Hi there,

I am a student in Szeged, Hungary, and I am looking for three things:

1. a cheap adsl flatrate.

2. a cheap way of getting phonecalls

3. the most elegant probably transparent way of using VoIP.

1.)
I already had a look into internet in Hungary and unfortunately it is
really expensive as i found it.
I had a look with invitel (
http://www.invitel.hu/?levelid=6&cikkid=2287&o=665 ). They want to
charge me at least 9000 Forint/month for a too slow 512kbit flat. 9000
Forints are about 36 ?. Too much for me. Especially as I am looking
for a line with at least 2000 kbit. And they are starting at like 45
?.
That is too much for me as a student.
The Hungarian Telekom is unfortunately just as expensive with 5500 Ft.
for an inacceptable 512k line.

Are there any other offers I didn't see yet, maybe from someone else?

2.)
As I am using skype at the moment for my outgoing phonecalls (mostly
to Germany and hungarian mobiel phones) I am happy with my outgoing
costs. Unfortunately my phoneline that I only use for getting calls is
from Invitel and costing 3200 Forints a month. That's 15? just for
getting calls!
I had a look at the http://www.t-com.hu homepage and they seem all
just as expensive:

The cheapest package i found at Invitel costs as much as I pay at the
moment: 3200 Ft.

Are there any other offers I didn't see yet, maybe from someone else?

3.)
Using VoIP with Skype is nice but I am thinking about using my real
telephone. Or buying a new one so I can walk around in my flat and
don't have to sit next to the computer that has to be always on.

Is there "a small box" that can route my calls to Skype/whatever so I
can use a normal/normal-looking new phone?

Thanks a lot from Hungary!

I have found an offer by tvnetworks.hu
(http://www.tvnetwork.hu/index.php?data_dir=/modules/szolgaltatasok/index.html)
that is not much cheaper with my speed-demand, but at least much
faster for the same price as t-com.

a 3000/768 -sufficient for videochat- is about 10.000 Ft / ca. 40 ?.
