I require the following cost effective telephone solutions:
1) A low cost USA Virtual Toll Free Tel i.e. 800, or prefer a prefix
0713 (city code)
or charge Number (the caller pays)
2) A Low cost UK Virtual Toll Free Tel Number or charge Number (the
caller pays) i.e. 0800, or prefer a prefix 0270 (city code) or
charge Number (the caller pays)
These two telephone numbers will never be answered but automatically
forwarded to my global mobile phone
3) The mobile phone requirements:
a) must be able to roam i.e. be able to work in Europe, The US, and
Central America - (Nicaragua, Costa Rica) and South America, Quad band
/ GSM? and a reasonable rate
b) Take email and browse net, maybe a camera and MP3 inbuilt
c) Ability to swap sim cards and always retains the same number
d) The mobile can be purchased in the US or UK or Europe whatever?s best

When you say "reasonable rate", are you talking comparatively to other
services, or just "reasonable" in general? I.e., can we get an idea
of what you're expecting to spend per month?

I'm afraid that won't happen, unless you only speak a few minutes
total for the month. Typical international roaming rates are over
$1-$2 per minute, and that's above and beyond a base domestic plan of
$40/mo.
