Hello -

When you say "reasonable rate", are you talking comparatively to other
services, or just "reasonable" in general? I.e., can we get an idea
of what you're expecting to spend per month?

"reasonable" in general

When it comes to finances, "reasonable" to one person is different for
another... can you give us an idea of what you would consider
reasonable?

$50 to $100 a month

Hello -

I'm afraid that won't happen, unless you only speak a few minutes
total for the month. Typical international roaming rates are over
$1-$2 per minute, and that's above and beyond a base domestic plan of
$40/mo.

Or you can always go with a satellite phone if you wanted too..Also
for the 800 numbers you can try vonage and just forward your calls for
that.

If you want to go cheaper then just get a world phone with cingular
since they have sim cards that can be swapped out and work out a deal
with them
