Looking for info on Sculptor - E.C. Astanieres (1841).  The bronze is
a boy on a wave.  The signature reads. "E C. Cle Astanieres"

Could it be Clement Comte d'Astanierès, born 1841, died 1917?

Could it be "Cte" and not "Cle"?
