Howdy melisa-ga,
First, we have to figure out what "drive-through" is being
referenced. Questions like this are often solved by thinking
"outside the box," so the "obvious" answer of a "hamburger stand"
is probably not going to be it. Rather, it is (or was) a tree!

"The most famous tunnel ('drive-through') tree is the Wawona
Tunnel Tree in the Mariposa Grove. It fell during the heavy
snow winter of 1968-69 because it was weakened by the huge
hole cut in the living tree and the extensive road paving
over its fragile roots."
The Mariposa County Library web site has a great photo of
the Wawona Tunnel Tree which includes a sign identifying it.

This "Online edition of India's National Newspaper," "The
Hindu," dated Saturday, Mar 23, 2002, and written by G.V.Joshi
has another image of the tunnel and some details.

"The Wawona Tunnel tree in the Yosemite valley of California,
became famous when an opening was cut through the tree in 1881.
For 88 years, people rode through this tunnel ? first in horse
drawn carriages, and then in automobiles. But as a result of
snow, soggy soil, high winds and the weakening of the tree due
to the tunnel, the tree toppled in the winter of 1968/'69. The
tree was 2500 years old when it fell."
If you do the Google Images search below, you will find even
more photographs of the tree.
If you need any clarification, feel free to ask.
