the answer is today, in pensacola florida. right now. check www.weather.com.

"National Weather Service Doppler radar indicates light to moderate
rainfall over the Alabama and Florida coastal waters from Pensacola to
Pascagoula out to 60 nm. This rain is moving off to the northeast and
spreading inland into the western Florida Panhandle. More rain is
moving northeastward into southeast Mississippi and will spread into
southwest Alabama by early this afternoon. As the precipitation begins
to fall...it may fall as a mix of sleet and rain...especially over
inland areas. Southeast Mississippi and southwest Alabama may also see
a mix of sleet and rain during the morning hours. Over the western
Florida Panhandle...most of the precipitation will fall as rain as
surface temperatures are much warmer in this area. By this
afternoon...as temperatures warm above freezing across the entire
area...the precipitation will fall mainly as a light to moderate rain.
Motorists around the region should be on the lookout for rainfall
along with possible slick spots on area roadways until temperatures
warm above freezing. Stay tuned to NOAA Weather Radio for further
updates from the National Weather Service in Mobile."
