Very few people have started successful minor parties, so links that
are useful are likely rare. I was an assistant the the president of
our local chapter of United we Stand America/Ross Perot for about 7
years, then I conducted a Minor party forum, which had 20 persons the
first meeting and two persons the 2nd meeting, even though, I was
pleased with the first meeting.
A minor party forum may be the best approach, to learning who the
activists are in your local. My guess is you need to be very tolarent
of a diversity of opinions to get any significant number of persons in
your party. I don't think you need to do anything with the State of
Pennsylvania until you get quite large and/or begin influencing the
outcome of elections. I suggest that you attend some local Libertarian
party meetings and pretend to be converting to their views. The local
group here where I live is well organized with enthusiastic activists,
so you can learn from them even if your intentions are quite
different. Neil

Thanx Niel,
I'm not definatley trying to start a minor party. I was just curious
to find out how in PA. I have found vast information for Nevada and
Maryland. PA seems to be an enigma however. I have even written
e-mails to certain PA government officials with no avail. It has
become more of an obsession to find out how. I mean it is our right to
start a party but they make it so hard to actually do so. it seems
almost unconstitutional. Basically i just want to know what is
entailed for PA. Thank you for your insight :)
