i am seeking a list of web sites listing management consulting
projects currently available to bid on and/or submit proposals.   the
must have criteria includes:  available to canadian firms;  the focus
of the project must be in the fields of business improvement,
productivity improvement, or business restructuring or reorganization;
 the focus of the project MUST NOT BE information technology (IT)
projects; the customer MUST NOT BE a biotechnology company;  the
customer MUST NOT BE a miltary supply or services company.  the
preferred criteria includes all of the above PLUS a preference for
projects to be undertaken in Canada.
