I would be willing to settle for 1, that ships to the US and sells the

). However, I would require the item size to be medium and this
supplier only has small in their remaining inventory. I would also
need the supplier to ship or sale to the US.

Questions requesting lists of ALL of anything often go unanswered. You
will probably do better if you ask for a list of a finite size. Given
the modest price of the question, perhaps five links would be
reasonable.
