would like to know how to change the placement of the window to
unlock my Windows XP machine. Instead of displaying this window in the
center of the screen I would like it to appear at the top of the
screen.

So when I hit Ctrl-Alt-Delete and then press Enter or press Lock
Computer, I would like the window the says "Press Ctrl-Alt-Delete to
unlock Computer" to be at the top of the screen in the center.
