hi am i looking for real pictures off and map layout of the thomas the
tank engine set the original one from the british series

Not really I am looking for picture of the set the layout they used to
film the series of Thomas the tank engine and any picture of that
layout i.e. hornby layout stuff like that
I no it was filmed in shepperton studios in the UK in a hanger which
held the whole model railway but cannot find any pictures of this
layout

ive seen these before i am realy looking for the whole plan it took up
a airplane hanger when it was fully setup there must be a map of it or
some full colour pics of the whole setup thanks for responding though

Sorry to burst your bubble, but there was no big model railway. It was
built as a group of separate sets, and they would build a set, film
all the necessary scenes on it and then dismantle it to build the next
one. Those pics are as good as you're gonna get.

see now that better but are you sure?
There was a tour in 1994 around most of the model railway shows in the
uk were sections were taken but in four large cities there was a full
layout I remember seeing the show on the bbc and they showed the whole
lot and it was as model railways go massive but as always you cant be
sure some one else could have built it but it would be great to no for
sure oh and thanks in advance for the information so far
