I'm looking for a standalone, three-compartment, heated buffet server identical to that pictured here http://www.chefscatalog.com/store/catalog/prod.jhtml?cmCat=search&itemId=cprod6860005 but of about half the capacity to use for dinner parties of 6 to 10. Transparent lids are a big plus. | |

A search for Triple Buffet Servers does give http://www.kitchenemporium.com/cgi-bin/kitchen/prod/01bktbs-3.html http://www3.jcpenney.com/jcp/Products.aspx?DeptID=0&CatID=019626&Grptyp=STY&ItemId=0931496 Which, Strangely enough, is the same cost. Here's another option: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/B0000A6037/qid=1102807632/sr=1-1/ref=sr_1_1_etk-kitchen/103-1238172-0793443?v=glance&s=kitchen&n=284507 At $150 cheaper, it might be what you're looking for, even if it is still big-ish. This is a free comment. |

I think your best bet may be a countertop roaster oven with an insert. Crythias has already given a good link to one of these. Nice price, and the device is versatile. You can bake just about anything in these little ovens. |

Here's Rival's link to their line of roaster ovens: http://www.rivalproducts.com/eStore/category.aspx?CategoryId=1178 |
