Hi,

My intial need is to recover a password on a word document that I
locked with a nine character password that I repeated twice, if memory
serves.

Of course, memory doesn't serve otherwise I wouldn't be writing this. :-)

I would like to invest in something powerful and does whatever is the
best out there.  Credible software recommendations please with costs
listed.

access to: is the password saved and hidden behind a row of asterisks?
