Dear folks. I am 23 years old male. There are many sites for growing
taller or height increase products out there. I don't wan to waste my
hard earning money or beeing scamed. Can somone help me find out which

Please do not waste your money. Nothing sold over the Internet will
make you taller. These products will only make you poorer.

There are prescription drugs which, in some cases, can help unusually
short people. These drugs can only be obtained with a doctor's
prescription, and are not for casual use, since they can have serious
side-effects. And there are painful, expensive surgical preocedures
which can help by slowly lengthening the bones of the lower leg, over
a very long period of time.

But there is no magic pill that you can get by mail that will do the trick.
