If you are thinking about possibly investing in this company, please
be very cautious.  This company's name is apparently not registered
with the New York Secretary of State's Office (at least it doesn't
show up on their database as such--maybe it's under another corporate
name).  Do a search at Yahoo or on Google under the search term of its
CEO, "Joe Salvani", and you will find an article that mentions Mr.
Salvani was also associated with Main Street IPO, another company with
online connections that was deemed high risk.
