Problem: I had a computer meltdown and had to re-install a lot of
software. When I re-installed printshop 10 , the program installed
fine, yet when I try to use it every project shows up blank on the
screen. I can see the projects when I choose them, they print out
fine, but they are invisible on screen. I can even select items, add
(invisible) text boxes... this happens with previous projects I select
and new projects I try to start. Since broderbund couldn't care less
about someone with an older program of theirs, they won't answer my
e-mails with anything but a canned response to look at their website
for FAQS. I need to be able to see and access all my old projects.
I'm running XP Media Center edition on an HP 873N.
I already tried changing the video acceleration, screen resolution,
uninstalling and reinstalling the program...and yes, I have the latest
drivers for everything on my system! Any ideas?
Thanks, I'm pulling my hair out here!

Hi chumleywhiplash,

Have you looked at your video adaptor?

Start button / Settings / Control Panel / System / Hardware tab / Device Manager
Click the Plus Sign to expand Display Adapters and look for any
question marks or exclamation marks.

Try uninstalling your adapter.
Double-click your adapter and on the Driver tab, click Uninstall. When
you reboot it will reinstall.

Please let us know how that goes,
hummer

Found it. Corrupt MONITOR driver, not the display driver. That was the
ONLY thing that it wouldn't display though... weird...
