Where in the USA was Napoleon Dynamite filmed ?

According to the production notes found at the Napoleon Dynamite
website (http://www2.foxsearchlight.com/napoleondynamite/), the movie
was filmed almost entirely in Preston, Idaho.  However, IMDB also
lists Franklin, Idaho and Richmond, Utah as filming locations.
