I have Toshiba DVD burner X4.
I use DVDXCOPY to buckup dvds , almos all the dvds that I burn don't
play very well in both my dvd players.
I noticed that what usually happens is that it starts ok then as the
movie goes on starts to appear pauses in the film , then it gets worse
and as reaching the end of the file it pauses like every second.
is it a known problem with burned dvds , is it because of the media , the burner ?

I experienced this problem when I used cheap DVD-R discs, of poor
quality. Have you already tried using Sony or Ritek?

Make sure you are using plus (+) media. Not minus (-) as plus media
is more compatible with most DVD players. If this doesn't solve your
problem, I would suggest looking into getting a different DVD player
cause certain brands of DVD players do not work very well with
recordable DVD's. I have the same program and have a Sony DVD player
and never have any problems with anything that I burn.
