PART 1: Need 3-5 sample questions for each of the core qualities I
want in a candidate:
Qualities:
1.Initiative, 2. Teamwork, 3. Flexibility/Adaptability, 4. Desire to
learn new tasks, 5. Honesty, 6. Attention to Detail.
PART 2: Any general, background info on this interviewing technique
and it's effectiveness. Any proof that it lowers turnover or help a
company prevent hiring lawsuits. Specific data is preffered to
