Question ID: 441684
What or who caused the growth of the '90's? Telecoms? Robert Rubin?
Lots of borrowing? Greenspan? Clinton's not tinkering when things are
going well? Fred Barnes recently said it was from supply-side
economic policy. Gerald Ford even took credit, saying he was the one
who appointed Greenspan to chairmanship of the CEA, sending him on the
way to head the Federal Reserve. It's a big question, so feel free to
ask for a big tip. :)
