My brother in law is missing last heard from in 2002. in search's I
found his name in a death record in California. He is supposed to have
worked for Fed Ex in California his name is Francisco Coguinbal
Martinez can you get a copy or verify his death. I have a picture of
him plus his birth certificate. My wifis his youngest sister the
family is very concerned. I am leaving for the Philippineon Tuesday
morning. Any information will help us, thank you
