For the US/Canadian market, please find statistics on people who
"build" their own computer versus "buy" an already built computer. 
The data should be current (year 2000 to present).  A five-star answer
will show a comparison (a progression or decline) from one year to
another, but statistics of number of people who buy versus build a
computer is sufficient.  The more current the data, the better.
