A 'fat una' is a derogatory term for a 'fat one' (feminine).

It is not used in polite company.

I was thinking more along the lines of.....'fa tuna'.....im not sure
its a word. but i would like you to research it all the same. As i
have paid my $2.50 also......me and my fellow friends have thought of
a rather amusing defintion for the word...if it is not a word, then i
should like to have the dictionary contact me as i would like to have
this added with some credit to me...for creating a great multipurporse
word, which also has a hilarious defintion, as i previously mentioned.
