could get an idea of his life if you went to the FCC filings and if
up-to-date, look at all compenation agreements. Base salary, bonus
(generally a percentage or may just be flat rate), but the big numbers
are the stock options. Yes, those of us who chase the stock options
know them for their potential. Also know that the most successful
people in business did not get there by sitting at the 19th hole. If
the co. is not gifted to you by your parents, the road to CEO is much
more streesful and far less glamorous than you believe. Failure, and I
am sure this guy had some, is not a fun learning process. To be CEO,
you have to believe and take chances that few risk. The success, if
not abused, (corporate jet is the real test of a person's
character),is earned. The success is the reason the chances and risks
are taken. I sleep with a man like this every night. He will not
