I need a description of each argument to the following statements
found in the ASE file format:

*CONTROL_BEZIER_POS_KEY, *CONTROL_TCB_ROT_KEY, *CONTROL_BEZIER_SCALE_KEY

Each of the statements most likely contain a position/rotation/scale
value, plus several other values on how the values are interpolated
along the timeline. Although it shouldn't matter, I'm using 3D Studio
MAX 3.0 to export the ASE file for a project to be written in DirectX
9. I do know that some parts of ASE files contain quaternions for
rotation, so the TCB_ROT_KEY may be using quaternions. An answer that
is expressed in terms of DirectX 9 functions would be most helpful.
